Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Cash Wallet. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Cash Wallet lets customers earn cashback at participating brands and request withdrawals to a Pakistani bank account. Cashback becomes available only after the related purchase is confirmed. We may reverse cashback if a purchase is refunded or flagged as fraud.

Your account

You must provide a real name that matches your bank account title, a phone number, and an email address. You are responsible for keeping your password and device unlock methods private. One-time codes sent to your email are confidential.

Payouts

Withdrawals are processed manually to the bank details you submit. Timing depends on banking hours and fraud review. We may hold or deny a payout if names do not match, limits are exceeded, or activity looks abusive.

Cashback Pro

Cashback Pro is under development and is not available for purchase. Standard brand cashback rates apply until we launch Pro and you choose to subscribe.

Acceptable use

You may not create fake purchases, abuse referrals, attack the service, or use another person’s identity or bank account. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Liability

The app is provided as available. We are not liable for brand outages, banking delays, or losses beyond the cashback actually credited to your wallet.
