Delete your account

Google Play requires a public way to request account deletion. Use either method below. We complete deletion within 30 days unless a payout, fraud review, or legal hold is still open.

In the app

1. Open Profile → Settings → Delete my account.
2. That link opens this page. Email us from the same address on the account.

By email

Email cashwallet.devspire@gmail.com with subject “Delete my Cash Wallet account” and include your registered phone number. We will confirm, close open sessions, remove your profile, and stop push notifications.

What we keep

We may retain ledger, payout, and audit records required for tax, banking, or fraud investigations. Marketing tokens and Google/Firebase device tokens are deleted with the account.
